If wearing a mask gets us
Live music a little sooner,
I am all for it. Wearing mask
At work now.
That is dedication Teacher Matt.

Spring 90 tour comes to a close with the third show
in Atlanta. Shakedown, Bucket a killer open.
The start of We Can Run was a mess, but the rest
of the first set solid. Pre drums sequence tasty,
and the Throwin' Stones was stomped.
It was 30 years ago today.
Not to rain on anyone's parade,
but the Appalachian Trail Conservatory
is asking all to stay off the trail in
response to COVID-19.
Rough for Dead and Company.
Not that any of it is gonna happen .
It's even worse than
It appears, but
We can run, but we can't hide from it.

The dreamy Spring 90 tour rolls on, as the boys
try to shed some fans by going North of the border.
Did not stop me, and the eggroll business killed in
Hamilton, despite foreign currency issues.
Victim>Standing covers some new ground, and the
band absolutely hammers the pre drums.

Middle show of the jaw dropping three night
run at the Cap Centre to kick off the Spring 90
tour. I have worn out these recordings
and consider this show the top of the three.

If Jubilee happens, I want an accordion solo during
the late night entertainment.
It would be nice if we had an
actual president to allay fears,
and provide a strong front for
The unknown is driving all this reaction.
Our government's response to this as been
weaker than Katrina. What a mess.
Let's all stay healthy, stay calm, and hope
this craziness does not affect Jubilee.
I always thought playing with a
guest brought out additional juice
to the notes the Big Man delivered.
I got in to most of the shows this tour,
and was OK with Clarence, not that I had a choice.
This performance has last show of the tour sizzle.
The boys often brought it strong in DC,
even in 1995. A welcome fact
considering I'm 30 minutes away.

The bass player sang the Masterpiece, and the

China>Rider>Viola sequence delicious and
Dave Jacobson delivered an other worldly DEW,
I was unsure the room could hold up under its
tidal wave of a final jam. We are lucky in the Baltimore
DC area to have nice choices of local Dead music.
Next up Rec Room Friday night.
I hope you were there for Low Spark.
