  1. Yea rude I was waiting for DSO to show up in this article. I was getting a little annoyed at first. On a side note if anyone gets a chance to see Sam grisman project it’s def worth going. Those Garcia/grisman songs are being done very well by that young man and his crew. I caught a show last year and I was so happy went….Catfish John and hobo song were unbelievably good.

  3. Hahaha…You two are great. I miss you guys and Eventho I can’t see you two that much or as much as I used to, I can see you and hear you going at it through here which still makes me laugh. I’m looking forward to bringing my son to a show. Not sure what the outcome will be at such a young age but I’ll figure it out. on that note I was also hoping for red rocks this summer cause Europe is out for me.
  4. This was a show that has a beautiful flow and setlist… of course dso played it to perfection.Flawless show…thanks DSO for a real good time. I’m really diggin this filler. I liked it last week on the stream but seeing it live was even better, high energy closer
  5. One of the best electives I’ve ever seen. The mashup of The band, the Beatles , Dylan was awesome. band was flowing all night from help slip franklins. Loser was a highlight through masterpiece and I always always love Jack a roe. After GSET I said what a great first set to get a fireeeeee tangled. Hey Jude to playin reprise second set highlight. Thank you dso. 3/23/74 tonight????????
  6. Encore: US blues F: Take a letter Maria I think barraco said a NRPS song. It was a gem Love these streams, love even more 2 shows next week. NJ, NJ here I come
  7. Anyone have trouble with the first set stream? I missed a lot of the first set with technical difficulties anyways second set was without any troubles and awesome but loved the encore and fillers. ready to stream again tonight
  8. The living room livestream with the wife and newborn was definitely a good time . Made my way to the dance floor around the second set 😂 I hope they do more livestreams I was listening from the other room when i thought I heard GSET then stop and then around and around open. Then to close the 1st I’m pretty sure they started around and around and closed with GSET…..is this accurate lmao I was a feeling pretty good by set break. This west coast tour looks amazing as always but especially that 69 Sunday night show. Hope everyone’s doing good out there and hope to some friends down the line this spring east coast run
  9. If I’m not paying attention and don’t cover my left ear at a show and someone tries to tell me something by telling right in my ear, I could fucking pass out from the pain. The damage from decades of shows and clubs is real.
  10. They have mastered both, ESPECIALLY terrapin…

  21. Not my favorite first set,20 minute shakedown is always a hoot and candyman had a gooood jam. Second set had some fun. Especially from estimated down to ripple. Thanks as always dso, love you guys.
  22. I remember a Couple of years ago the summer stage had a “vip” section. It was just an elevated area less crowded and had some chairs. I’m gonna be with some older heads whose body’s don’t hold up to the regular standing room GA anymore and asked me if the vip was still available. After checking for tickets it’s not an option anymore, does anyone know if it will be back this time around or is it done and GA only? Thanks
  23. Yea mango I heard eyes too, that’s all I heard while I was in my car. It definitely had a different sound for sure, in a good way. But then I heard Jack straw yesterday and it was pretty much the same thing as always, ehh.
  24. Yeaa chuck i do like that crowd reaction of terrapin and the cover itself. I’ve seen phish maybe 5 or 6 times. And a long time ago, early 00’s…nothing since then. Just never did it for me. Trey seems like a real cool dude and super talented, I do love the bands love for the dead, trey especially. On a side note I watched some of GD 50 and didn’t really enjoy Trey in that spot at all. but phish we’ll they just don’t come close of being in the same realm of the GD to me. Totally different jams, lyrics and overall vibe. a bunch of times throughout my life if I get in a Grateful Dead convo with people it sometimes leads to the question , do I like phish? Mostly phish fans and I guess they assume that if you’re into the dead you automatically like phish. My answer is No I don’t I don’t like phish but Bouncing Around the room was always a good one.
