Dinner in Reading?

Recommended Posts

The Ugly Oyster is a chill Irish pub with good food

The Peanut bar has pretty good food (restaurant) Jimmy Kramer's

Judy's on Cherry has quality food, more of a sit down dinner place.

There's some places in West Reading too that are decent.

G.N.A. restaurant, small bar, Italian dinner/sandwich shop

West Reading Tavern, small, locals spot, good food.

Viva Bistro, a little more upscale, kinda trendy, decent bar & food.

Great Wall Chinese - Awesome Chinese food, more of a fast food vibe, couple tables.

Brewers Bar & Grill.  Sports bar good wings & bar stuff.

I'd start with those.  If you walk down Penn Ave. in West Reading there are like 10 places you could pop into for a drink or food.

DSO is going to blow your mind, be prepared!

Thanks so much for all of those fantastic-sounding options, Billy!

(and I'm ready to have my mind blown)

So tomorrow you start making tour plans. At 1st 6 hours will seem far away until you start making 12 hour drives. Soon only the left coast will seem like too far. But then I still think buffalo and New York is too far for me...

The really astounding thing is that there are people who have gotten on jet planes to go see this band. Coast to coast and border to border, crossing time zones, and then renting cars to do tours. Seems like a lot, I know, but it has happened.
