2 days later and I’m still smiling,  and from what I remember that’s better than sex.

I’m slow to get to know ya’ll , but getting there. Was  hoping to meet Mason at one of the shows .  Maybe Boulder... I’m to the left of Chris in the back row with a hand wave. Mason you are?  And who’s the guy to the left behind Meli? Love the energy he brings to everyone!!!

Great shows!! And Nina ur the best!

I don’t think I’ve ever been called a mountain before.   In the back row to the left of Tea and me,  we see  Mike and then I think that is Rudd peeking around Mango who is right behind Poetry Girl with Joe on her right side.  Between MC and his family are two smiling faces along with Scotty in purple. Who is that down low on our far right peeking around Amy and just in front of gr8fulpair?

Defintely got down110%.....followed by musical suprise by mango and friends.  Good to see so many of you, good to see so many with the let loose type of dance.  So much fun.  3 nights is right!!

So much fun.  Why cant it be every other day?  Love yall, love the magic, and love the good friends that continue to help with these experiences.

Floored by the beauty of it all.  Other thoughts to mention, but gots to go!!

And my name has changed once again....sorry for the confusion.  The life of a ever evolving head!!  Name changes were normal at one time....haha..internally.

Thanks everyone for a real good time.  Dennys both mornings 430.....thanks doc.....for getting us in the mountain.  The music post show was notable, and literally infused in me the difference between beauty and what it means to be around beautiful people.

I am lucky to know beautiful people.  Always learning...and I learned some things about myself this weekend.

Yall have fun at red rocks!!!

Loved what I saw from you beauty. Childlike joy and expression.

I think after the Virginia posts. We would be doing our community a disservice by not mentioning that the boys in blue were in full effect here at Pisgah. Additionally the security staff was much more present. They have their reasons for the change here. I am proud of our crowd for mostly keeping it together. I saw no arrests. However I did see a police canine in a big show of force. Under covers inside. A couple people I saw fallout. Staff seemed to take care of it without police involvement.

I will be back next year either way but I hope for the old Pisgah.

There was a teenage German shepherd stationed by the bridge.  He seemed to be very green at his “job” and all over the place mentally. We thought maybe he was in training. I didn’t see the K-9 present the second night.

I saw a guy teeter over up front and security just got him water and helped him out of there. Drunk. But there was a sweet couple with lady crying and the man clearly having a rough go of it and hard time holding it together. They were escorted out.

Yet at Los Muertos con Queso a guy took a sand nap like 30 feet from the stage. He had a pulse so no one really did much of anything 😂 but danced around him.

I heard from an old friend, Savanna, that she was not treated very well by the local cops when she arrived on Friday. They took everything out of her bag and apparently did not treat her kindly. The total search thing happens to the best of us and should be expected at some other venues. But she was very upset about the situation. I think she said that they made her lay flat on the ground while they empted her bag. Savanna used to tour with the band when her husband was road manager many years ago. I had the impression that Savanna is in better condition that the last few years and in some ways has her act together better. But she still needs our love and help.

Peace and Love,

Doc

The old security dude was a doobie Nazi. I saw him take or stomp multiple and he was on it. He was apologetic and let everyone stay inside the show though and acted as though the venue was facing repercussion if they were as passive in years past. I heard rumors of the undercovers but luckily I didn’t witness any of that jazz.

They do have their reasons.

While I did notice increased security I didn’t feel those 7/2/95 vibes I did when driving into Deer Creek. A recreation I can do without  😪
