No email after ticket purchase for Soldier Field shows

Last thurs. (4/29) I purchased a "car" ticket for DSO's friday night show at Soldier Field. I've been looking in my email, searching the junk boxes, everything.  have not received an email. with a downloadable/printable ticket.  Assumed I'd get one immediately.  I'm looking at my Visa bill and it was charged, went thru, etc.  Where exactly do I go/where do I click/who do I contact to work this out?

Was it ticketmaster?, could be digital tickets in your account and you add them to apple wallet or show them on your phone
