was looking and smelling pretty bad around here last week but it looks and smells like they got a handle on … that’s Newport Beach in the video, I think they were getting ready to open the beach up when I shot this yesterday.-

Edit - during the 80’s when the GD were touring the tri state area my parents would wake up to deadheads sleeping all over the living room floor , they would even feed us all during off nights , then back to motels and camping when they went north and west ,,, good memories.

When voting for a leader, always consider first if this guy or gal is good for your family life, and second, is he or she good for the country, most likely if they are good for the first they’re good for the second, don’t matter the party. I was registered to each at one time or another and now independent.

What is the point of a Constitutional Republic? Why should all states not be the same with the same laws? We understand the importance of the Federalist Papers, and it did win over, but the point of our Republic is to have each of the 50 states to have some autonomy to make laws based on the constituency of the state. Why not let Texas or Florida try their experiment. If it works, others states can learn and grow. If their experiment fails, it does not take the other 48 states with them. If these states laws work, then other states can learn from their successes and/or their failures.
I personally believe Trump was a wonderful experiment. It showed Washington that a lot of people in this country are tired of their establishment BS, and if they don't tighten up, the country will bring in outsiders to jumble things up. Trump vs Carter....LBJ was extremely racist, yet hailed as some Civil Rights Activist.
LBJ was smart enough to be racist and to institute programs that would keep some races dependent on the government by removing the father from the family.
Sandflea---political discourse is great, but to say because I listen and love this music I have no business leaning to a certain parties doctrine is what I call Leftist Fascism that is much more prominent than what we see on the right side of the spectrum. True enlightenment is to look at all sides of the body politic and derive from that core values. Why do we have to be on one side or the other. You sound like GWB---your either with us or against us. That is elitist, dogmatic, and hampers true political thought and growth.

They are not to be personal...its just tough for a free thinking person like myself to read that I have no business poking my nose around different types of political thought. A couple of thoughts... I heard the Surgeon General declared smoking to be hazardous to your health.
NIH, NCBI CDC etc. studies have shown heart disease to be the number one killer in America. They also have a lot to say about diabetes, obesity, nutrition etc.

I don't get it, deadheads used to be easy to figure out, now they don't trust real science and go to the falafel guy or the person selling rocks in the lot to get there ecstasy and acid (do they do clinical studies on parking lot ecstasy and acid) but won't take a vaccine to help humanity... are the percentages that have been claimed about the effectiveness of the vaccine true? That has yet to be seen long-term, and might be off a little short term since vaccine came out but if the vaccine reduced my chance of getting covid ( and passing it on) by only 20% it is selfless to get vaccinated.
The deadheads that I came up with as a teenager, for the most part we're very selfless!

I asked the pharmacist at Walgreens if not having a spleen falls in the immunosuppresseve category...I got my phizer booster Aug 18th.
Brian, deaheads and hippies were antiestablishment, they were against everything regarding government and government agencies, that being said, I got my shots , I’ll be getting a flu shot in a couple weeks and I can relate to some folks frustration with resistance, but we live here and have rights to choose, some are trying to change that, maybe they’ll succeed, maybe not.
