  2. Saw Grateful Shred for the first time last night. I was really impressed. Amazing vocals/harmonizing. And they somehow stay true to the music while also having cultivated a total uniqueness... I think they should/could more/better utilize/accentuate the 3 guitar thing in pursuit of a really beautiful thing they have that no one else really does. They're worth checking out for sure.

  3. Judging by the previous posts, it was a perfect night. Everyone had their minds blown. ‘What’d they play?’. ‘ I don’t know but it was great’. That’s the best. Perfect.

  5. I wouldn’t say the band loves it. They always play smoking shows there. Like they used to at the 930. Crowded. Loud. Lots of beer spills. Ive heard it referred to as dowehaveto beach. However they sell out week nights there. They venue takes care of them financially and like I said they always smoke those shows. Definitely worth going. We went last year. We gonna stay in ocean city this year for family time.

  8. I'll get back to post once I ask who I was with what we were given tonight. I have a feeling their memory may serve us better than mine. You think you won't forget when in the moment, then it's gone when you look back!?

  9. One of the smallest venues they play. Always run into friends. They routinely kill it there. Praise DSO.

  11. No idea what show... My (uneducated) guess is elective. Show started at 7 and ended at 10. DSO definitely, to no surprise, filled our cups and those 3 hours were filled with everything they had to give. I remember a Good Lovin by Barraco ❤ and a Ripple to end. ME bound Sunday

  13. Solid show, great venue all around. Fifteen dollar ticket to see the greatest band in an outdoor stadium venue, with excellent sound, how do you beat that? Plenty of room to spread out and dance if you get away from the seats. Nice grassy knoll and patio area off to the side. Tough to select highlights, show was solid from start to end, but they played five of my favorite dance songs: Passenger, Samson, Big River, Eyes and GDTRFB, sore feet at the end of this one 😅

  17. Cali kind will be solid. I will probsbly spend some time over there during the day as long as we can come and go. The kids will like being outside with the music. Good chance to catch up with friends and such. But no of course just like Jubilee I’m there for DSO and if I’m only there when DSO plays that’s just fine with me. On this camping thing. Never had camping here before. Always been one of the best of times. Most of us make our plans for sleep pretty early on for this weekend as this is a pretty special one for many of us. I don’t think they needed to add camping to add bands. They aren’t selling this as camping festival but they are giving us a bit more to enjoy. Just my two cents. Most people either to Super 8 or KOA. Some of us will get Airbnb places and such. Usually some pretty epic after show hangs at the super 8 and in some of these houses if you fortunate to catch the invite. So many different memories from late night super 8
