How about DSO history 2001-09-08 Show# 546 Tipitina's Uptown New Orleans, LA Click Here for Setlist GD 01/11/1979 Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, Uniondale, NY This was my tenth DSO show. By then I had met and hung out with the crew after shows and met nearly all of the band, except Rob Koritz and Lisa. That night I met Rob between sets and we had a chance to actually talk. Then he took me Backstage and introduced me to Lisa. "Mean" Willie Green sat in with the Band that night on Drums and Percussion. I also met him (Didn't know who he was at the time.

I'm not aware of glitches where replies don't show. I hadn't replied to this post, Me Tea and DesertDead did "React" to it. You would have received notifications of that. I'm pretty sure I met both of you at the Sunset Station Casino in Henderson, NV. 7/28/2001. that was the last show of my first DSO tour it started at the Fillmore. Those shows are etched in my memory. Days... (Shad-O-Vision) I took a picture of you with your equipment on top of some structure. Bix, I remember talking to you by the soundboard.

I pay for the annual domain name registration (DSOForums). I pay the fee to host the forums. I also pay the license fee (billed semi-annually) for the Invision Software. DSO reimburses me for this when i remember to bill them For the last several years DSO has helped with the overhead when I ask them. I also receive a monthly stipend (paid quarterly). I also built and host "Starbase" DSO's Setlist database. I will continue as "Root Administrator" until the end of the year. If Tea still is willing to take over after he gets a taste of the admin control panel I will always be available to him. I'm sorry I have not been doing a very good job for some time now.

I apologize for the Forums being down. I don't remember taking them offline. Obviously it was due to the SPAM attack. I didn't count the Spammers that that I banned, it was more than 100. Each one posting 10 to 45 times. I have memory issues that are a little more serious than a little forgetful. I think we need to find a new administrator for the Forums. I LOVE You All!

Might be because there weren't many male fans in the early years. I remember when they released their first songs the girls loved the Beatles ("Oh, he's so cute"), and the boys hated them (" funny lookin' long haired weirdos"). Considering the Amps they used (on the American tour anyway) you' be lucky to hear them at all.
