So important in the development of my favorite era. Was never the same when he passed. There was a really great interview with Jerry in rolling Stone that summer where he really opened up like never before. Interest began to wane, the beginning of my appreciation of Emmylou and the Nashville Ramblers. Off the top of my head I think of the Long Beach 81 Shakedown how he and Jerry riled off each other and the Blow Away from 4/8/89

I did Grateville on the river in Louisville. BCE, hot brown smackdown, pranksters, grateful dads; Mr. Please; Captain midnight; pink talking fish todays bluegrass/old and in the way day. I’ll probably watch a little football early and roll over there later.
