I’ve had the same thought for sure. But I know a few people who normally just go see Dead & company all the time who are going for the first time and I’m hoping that’s a huge bulk of it. Just folks who got back into the Grateful Dead and now are going to check out dark star. That’s my hope!

They played this show at the Jubilee a few years ago. I was definitely trying to figure out how they decided the setlist when they played it there. They played it much better-the original was pretty sloooooowwwwww

I heard low spark a few times when I toured with Phil Lesh Quintet. He also played it with DSO a couple of years ago in Seattle or Portland. If the song is gonna be played, hopefully it will have the extended jam

Every year January-May is a really busy time of year for me, and this year is no exception. It's been so busy that today was the first day I've had a chance to remember that Dark Star Jubilee is in a couple of weeks. Even though when the price increased I did feel more temptation to find alternate plans, when the time comes and all things aside, I genuinely love this event and the weekend and its usually the first weekend I can intentionally relax away from my chores. Have to miss friday due to life but looking forward to Sat>Sun and hey, having Warren sit in with the band would be great, thanks

Plenty of Vendors available first thing in morning till waaay late at night with all kinds of food-plenty to cover you if you bring nothing Water - there are spigots with water but it’s never a bad idea to bring extra Power - if you have VIP, there definitely are. Otherwise I don’t know of any Alcohol- it’s BYOB. Bring all your alcohol What is some of the top "I wish I knew" info that would be helpful? -bring clothes for every weather pattern, wet, dry, cold, hot - no glass - if you are camping in the bowl (ga camping) it’s helpful to have a wagon or cart to bring your stuff in. That being said I just carry my stuff - have a good time
