I’m working on getting the set lists. Reviewing the lists will help better put me back there but yes it all rolled into one. This is an epic party. Sunrises. Short sleep. Good times. Memory fails me quite a bit but that feeling of clarity defined by nothingness as the music plays and you find yourself transported to the land of magic and dreams is nearly indescribable. My words fail to convey the true beauty of this mind state.

Also an elective. I didn’t write it down. Maybe someone else can chime in and start a thread I think night 2 had the I’ll take a melody. To bring me back down to earth I was told he joined me to dance for this tune because of magic he felt from me during this song another night. He says this was good but not that. I vaguely remember the night he is talking about.

The 2 souls was unreal good. I mean magical.

I beautifully entered a space devoid of thought on 3 of 4 nights. My own story and my own world evaporated as I slowly became part of the song itself. I was William O and I was dire wolf. I was high stepping into town on a day break on the lamb but while the music was playing my ego my self was gone. I just danced. Maybe the best I ever have. Once the music stopped it was hard not to let the ego inflate. Even my lady who usually knows better to say a word was mesmerized. I had mastered sand. I saw patterns in the sand that no one else could see. Only a few degrees short of true full throttle I twisted every which way in the sand. Except for night 1, where I mostly stumbled and slid and did the best I could to look graceful, the other 3 nights I stopped slipping. Night 2 I felt like I was able to move almost in 4 dimensions. The dance definitely become more 3 dimensional than its ever been. Dso was that good. I mean just firing on every song. I could not have achieved neither the mental clarity nor the physical ability without such gorgeous music. I have more to say. So much can be said for the beauty of this trip outside the music but I figured I’d get this up while it was still fresh.

We back in Florida with the kids at grandmas. So far no issues getting home but some other flights coming back from Montego Bay got cancelled. I’m sure connections had issues too. We don’t fly home til tomorrow out of fort Myers.

40 years ago today. Filler ill I’ll be with thee epic week. Truly a amazing. Miss my baby so glad we made it. I may actually post a review of my experience. It was that great.

Early 79 show. Big Samson and Dancing 2nd set. Epic epic fun. Dark star broke down mystery train encore. This was sick shit man. I mean serious get down groove. Beautiful day and night.

We had Dumpstaphunk late night one year. Good shit. I’d stay down the hill for that.

Maybe Phil will sit in with midnight north.

Hey. I would work my ass off to get in touch with island gigs. There may be a wait list or cancellations. I had a friend encountered similar problem. Got on a wait list or got a call back saying something opened up now he is in. You are real late to the game but if you got the funds to book it. There may still be a chance.

I wish I had said festy kid. I wasn’t trying to welcome an attack. I got no issues with phish. I clearly ruffled some feathers.

I call them Phish kids. Whatever term you want to use we all know what he means. People there for the scene for the party. Not for the message, the music, and the healing. That stella blue took me places. I cried little but it reminded me of a few years ago and just how low I felt. When I had to move away from my friends because I broke down and sobbed. And here I am two weeks from welcoming a beautiful and healthy baby daughter into the world. I love you guys. I’m really upset about what a few people did at our show. Penns peak is a holy place to me, especially the pre-thanksgiving show. I feel someone brought hate into my church.

Show ended really weird. I truly hope vape pens with fentanyl in them are a myth.

We did Paradise last year. Whitney and I loved it. Really tragic.

Been to the Stone Pony. Just did Dso at the outdoor stage there. Crazy rained off and on all day and cleared just for our show. Stone Pony Asbury Park was big for Bruce when he was up and coming.

Love the Band’s version of Atlantic City He also wrote blinded by the light. Chuck please don’t compare Bruce to Bob. Defend him all you want but Bruce Springstien will never be the songwriter or anywhere’s close to the level of songwriter that Dylan is in. Simply another class. I certainly wasnt tryin to rag on him. I don’t change the channel when his songs come on the radio. I usually sing along.

I’ve never liked Bruce much but I have heard he puts on well hell of concert. Plays for over 3 hours most nights. If you are fan, you get your monies worth. I do like the Sax on some of his songs.
