greyhead Posted January 1, 2011 Report Posted January 1, 2011 Thank You DSO for another Great Year What A Run. And What A Way To End It!!!!
TJed Posted January 1, 2011 Report Posted January 1, 2011 Wow, this is totally amazing! Hope you can post more songs for those of us that couldn't attend this magnificent event.
Guest crazy digits Posted January 1, 2011 Report Posted January 1, 2011 This Morning Dew was THE SICKEST thing I have seen in a very long time...wow!
Forum MVP deadheadmike Posted January 1, 2011 Forum MVP Report Posted January 1, 2011 Sweet DEW , thanks Gary !!!
Forum MVP John A Posted January 2, 2011 Forum MVP Report Posted January 2, 2011 Incredible video/audio quality - well done! JM really worked that finale hard, complete with "Garciaesque" gestures.
Octal Posted January 2, 2011 Report Posted January 2, 2011 How did you get such good sound quality on that thing? The most disgracing thing about that video was the people talking at the beginning. But they soon went back to being quiet.

The most disgracing thing about that video was the people talking at the beginning. But they soon went back to being quiet. I was also surprised at the quality of the audio. It's to bad someone had to be screaming at the start.
Advisory Board Herdygerdy Posted January 3, 2011 Advisory Board Report Posted January 3, 2011 I was also surprised at the quality of the audio. It's to bad someone had to be screaming at the start. It ALWAYS seems the talkers come out when the best tunes are being played... Fuckin' idiots...
GDTRFB Posted January 3, 2011 Report Posted January 3, 2011 That Morning dew was epic. I saw that camera on the pole what great quality. hats off to the band that was prob my best MD I've heard outa DSO.
neutrino Posted January 3, 2011 Report Posted January 3, 2011 I was also surprised at the quality of the audio. It's to bad someone had to be screaming at the start. Unfortunately, it would seem that all R&R shows these days have at the very least a bunch of inconsiderate talkers. NYE always brings out the full lush contingent. The more they drink, the louder they get. Didn't seem to be that way in the early days, but maybe my memory is just not accurate on that. Excellent Dew!!! I was at Furthur on the 30th (didn't make NYE). It was a really nice show and I had a great time, but this clip of DSO on NYE seems to show way more raw energy than I felt at the Civic.
Forum MVP bs69 Posted January 5, 2011 Forum MVP Report Posted January 5, 2011 Thank You DSO for another Great Year What A Run. And What A Way To End It!!!! Thanks a lot Gary, your videos are excellent!
Guest jazz-man Posted January 5, 2011 Report Posted January 5, 2011 Gary that was uber sweet! Lots of energy and I am impressed with JM's chops. Looking forward to my next show April 1st at the Crystall Ballroom.
Forum MVP FunkyBass13 Posted January 6, 2011 Forum MVP Report Posted January 6, 2011 I've said it before and I'll say it again: if there is anyone who has more fun on stage than Rob B., I have yet to see them. Damn I wish I was there.
topher44 Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 What a heartfelt, powerhouse version of Morning Dew... and the look on Jeff's face shows so many stages of emotion throughout the song. I thought the one they did at the Wellmont a few nights earlier was also amazing, but this Dew shows all band members wrapping their collective arms around Jeff as he delivered solos that I'm sure those in attendance will not soon forget. Gary, would you please grace us with some more of these fantastic videos? Both audio and video are bordering on professional quality... the band should hire you to be their videographer Topher
