Don't shoot the messenger!  Not everyone's cup of Tea but some folks are pretty stoked.  BillyK will not be performing:

Rock Cellar Magazine - Dead & Company to Honor Grateful Dead's 60th Anniversary with Golden Gate Park Gigs in San Francisco — Aug. 1-3

3-Day VIP ticket is 1,725

3-Day Super VIP is 6,346

3-Day GA is 635

Single GA is 245

I wouldn't mind streaming the Billy Strings set........

The camping trip plus jgb axial tilt plus the first two day openers ( big on lady’s list) are the real draw we will be coming off 5/6 mid July Dso shows. After the early August trip we going to look at properties in Costa Rica Jamaica maybe even El Salvador

For shits and giggles I looked up the difference between VIP and Super VIP.  It's gotta hurt to pay the VIP premium only to be standing behind folks who paid a bigger VIP premium.  Or use an upgraded bathroom only to see others go into the luxury trailer bathrooms. Nothing worse than the VIP loser. 😂

I want to see  Billy Strings , but at a small venue ... I watched a couple  videos of dead and co at the sphere and I'm not into it , venue and band to be honest.

Deadco going after Johnny blue skies(Sturgill) Saturday will be like going from 3/5 a mile in 10 secs to 2 miles in 3 hours. Never a good idea to go after a band that’s gonna smoke the tempo in full guitar melt with maybe 1-2 hard stops in 90 minutes. The dead was psychedelic but limited. Billy makes sense going from accoustic to electric after but Sturgill would be a better late night set

dead and co is so slow its painful , what I've seen anyway.  Billy Strings is the real deal, I've  been watching him for a few years now from my couch and I really like him.
