This show was very well played. I had a good time in spite of physically feeling miserable. Between the Heat and humidity and a very bad sciatic that is getting worse with age, I  still got what I needed. At times with eyes closed or looking at the cloud formations my spirit moved through different periods of joy from past shows from Roosevelt Stadium to post Grateful Dead DSO shows. Had to go outside just after set break to lay in the grass across the street to ease the pain. The sound was phenomenal. Highlights for me was Spanish jam into the wheel, very seamless and performed with expertise. The main highlight was a very soulful passionate high energy black peter. Last night it brought tears of sadness and joy to my eyes... I have not heard Dark Star do a black Peter that good since 10 to 14 years ago in Boulder. It's all individual perspective and it may be just where I am in my life but I think it's more that dso and Jeff brought it all last night! ✌❤😎 

 

As I posted this the forums said I had a notification. After 20 plus years and over 400 shows I am now a "collaborator" woo hoo! Lol
