Frankly, Jerry looks better than I would have guessed this late in his life.

But take a close look though at what happens at the 1:45 mark. There's a cut, and Jerry is pounding on a freshly lit cigarette. It looks like he got way high on something while off camera. Previously, he had seemed quite lucid, relaxed, and articulate. Now his speech is accelerated and there's very little of the eye contact he exhibited earlier. In fact, he's mostly looking straight down. And he has varying degrees of trouble getting out his thoughts.
