I do dig it, John!! Congratulations on a very fine first gig. Hope you manage to make it out to the SF bay area with this band at some point. One thing that really struck me was the sound of your excellent keyboard player, Paul Grepps, mixing it up with you. You seem to have had great luck having the opportunity to play with amazing keyboard musicians such as Scott, Rob B. and Jeff. This is similar to what I have most recently noticed with Furthur. Some of my favorite moments at Furthur and DSO shows have been listening to you and the keys playing off each other. In your recent work with Furthur, I have been completely blown away listening to you and Jeff interacting across the stage with each other. This new band seems to be a continuation of this trend. Perhaps your connection with the keys is related to the fact that you and Scott started DSO, and this created a large musical bond between lead guitar and keys in your sound.
