  1. Recreated 5/3/72
  2. Paris time!!
  3. Realistically I see us making 5/6out of these shows. Milwaukee. Chicago. St Louis. Penns peak and Huntington. I would love to do 7 of those but you know how they saying goes. You can't make them all.
  4. Definitely have to do penns peak and if I do penns peak I will do New York as well.
  5. Lots of high ranked teams going down week 2. This could be an interesting year for college football.
  6. What a lucky and dirty ass win by Alabama. They don't intentionally hurt Ewers and they lose that game. You know it I know it everybody know it. Should be a new number one next week.
  7. We were at the hotel. It all starts with the wagon. Glad I didn't hear wake the fuck up yells. Dude woke my kid I may have responded poorly I knocked the dude the fuck out. And nobody wants that. have to remember there was a day of camp inappropriate and I may have been the dude yelling wake up and rage. I need adult supervision. Still miss you herdy.
  8. You weren't at jubilee that year they did the monster 69 show?
  9. I'll miss you in the NW but we got the days between festival coming up and we are stoked. If you like dead music, the line up is incredible.
  10. I like that original GD show. Nice shakedown.
  11. The bluebird. So the first time I saw DSO there and it may have been only time although I think I did make it back once or twice after that but Frank and I were on DSO tour. We pull into town and show says it 21 and over. I'm 21. Frank well he just 20. I head to a bar across the street from the venue with a friend. Frank he heads into the venues bathroom. He proceeds to spend 4 hours in a bathroom stall. The lights go down in the venue and Frank emerges from the bathroom. Makes it through the whole show no problem. Man I'm getting old. What fun we had.
  12. Would love penns pre thanksgiving New York post.
  13. That looks great and I agree Tea. Only the shakedown doesn't fit.
  14. We are in Wisconsin. Both kids. End of summer event. Sounds beautiful.

This was epic for me. Lost myself in the music and I loved the cave floor to dance on and the ambiance of the cave. I know others have posted that it was too wet for the equipment and not enough ventilation for the band. I personally loved the slightly wet smoothed and mostly flat cave dance floor. The outside venue had too much slope and uneven ground where our tickets were. I would imagine and outdoor show with no partitions would lead to the flat ground being very crowded and in my opinion loses the magnificence of the cave magic. We would of course try to go inside or outside but only inside the cave is this a must do show for me personally. And as we all know you can't make them all. Of course the band has to do what the band has to do but I will never forget the 73 I caught in the cave. Thank you DSO for bringing the magic to life.
  16. No filler. Both kids rocked out to Samson and Delilah it was magic.
  17. Scott crushed it. So proud of my friend.
  18. Koritz Lisa and Eaton and several members of the crew have come into contact with the dreaded Covid. The novid band made the best of it. Another successful night in the Cave.

I loved how the eyes went from really fun and joyous to dark and troubled back to joyous back to dark back to pure bliss. So great to see old friends here tonight too. Nick and Ellie were in attendance.
  22. It's been a journey to get here today as it often is when chasing this music. We left home for the airport at 3 am. Our flight was a little late cause we sat on the ground on both ends. Then the real hassle started. My card got rejected twice at the rental car place even though I had the funds in there to cover the rental and the deposit. They told me that their policy is not to run the card a 3rd time. I convinced the manager to let me run it one more time. Called the bank to clear up any holds they may have placed on the account. This whole ordeal took over 2 hours. But we are here at the hotel. Headed over to the show in about 45 minutes. Can't wait. The payoff on days like today is always sweeter.
  23. I think rude will have the best of both worlds. Access to the campgrounds but also a hotel to retreat to. We just get the hotel and I'm okay with that.
  24. I feel much better today. I wouldn't say totally out of the woods but definitely a lot better.
  25. Delilah had fever cough real bad. Then Whitney was more cough and sneezing. I've been more cough and sneezing. The fever hasn't hit me too bad. Lots of mucus coming out. Sucks.
