Bullsh*t. "The state had wanted to acquire the land for years." And THERE you have the REAL reason this all went down. I'm fully aware that the state wanted this land - this whole thing stinks to high heaven. I'm not blaming Jimmy for this happening - although it was getting pretty out of control from unbiased accounts. You may be right that they would have found a way but the Feds had a pretty easy road to separate him from his land. Damn Shame no matter how you slice it. Jimmy didn't deserve this......
