There are lots of activities you can engage in but lots of us spend the day lounging on the beach. Drinking run drinks and red stripe. Lounging by the pool and hot tub. More rum drinks and red stripe. Enjoying some of the food options but mostly just preparing for the massive euphoric explosion of DSO on the beach and the party into the wee hours that comes after. The day can be a lot of recovery but they do offer options for those that want to plan a different course of action.
