Love the non edited setlist as you grabbed it asap from the show. The typos are fun. Looks like a smoker š„

Love the Rude/TB dynamic here on the forums when it comes to your current take on seeing shows. You both present the same case every timeš My busiest year was 29 in 2019 and I doubt Iāll ever see that again. The kids are getting bigger and I want to give them more time, and Iāll admit to feeling burnt out if Iām seeing more than a few on the tour. Iāve seen a bunch of shows and Iām glad to make it fit in as I can, but Iām gonna do my best to try to make it to these š

This was one of those shows that reminds me why I like to keep coming back. Amazing energy the entire show, especially Scarlet Fire, where everything expanded and you could feel the whole room lifting. Killer jam out of drums, ferocious entry into Johnny B Goode where I thought it was just the two step part of Aroundx2. Everyone I talked to post show and the following day mentioned the Scarlet Fire and how good it was š„š„

The Rochester minor league baseball stadium show is fun, they usually play there every year. Not a huge venue but still a fun time and great place to see DSO.Ā

Recently tried Mikeās Amazing Mayonaisse, if you see it in the store it may be worth breaking your allegiance to your favorite brand to give it a shot. Good stuff š

Hey Jen, depending on heavily sold the venue is (which will probably be the case on NYE) sometimes they will wristband for the floor, so you could only get down there if you have GA. If itās packed, though, the floor will be tough to find a space to dance. Youāll still be able to get down to the front lobby section, which is ok for space albeit a little quiet. Some dancers will also take up residence in the upper hallway, also pretty good for space but not very loud. Hope this helps, see you there!

This show was indeed killer, I left the venue completely soaked from dancing my brains out the entire night in the upper balcony floor. Ā Looking forward to the Cap run for New Years šā”ļøšŖļø

They took at least a 30 min break; like come on Jerry Garcia was not there. We know youāre not the Grateful Dead. I want to experience their music not their breaks. BTW Iāve seen the Grateful Dead w Jerry more than 50 times so I know what Iām talking about. Poor song selection and no flow from one song to another. On a scale from 1-10 it was a 3 we left during drums and space Iāve Never done that Ever. Also most followers are now in 50-60s. Starting at 7 and being done at 10 would be cool.Ā
I talked to a guy like this at a show, he was so mad about the setbreak and drums and space in particular and also saying how these guys arenāt the Grateful Dead and being mad they didnāt play Terrapin or Eyes or another one of his favorites. Pretty sure he left during drums and space. I thought it might be the same guy but the show I saw was an 85 smoker at the Stone Pony. This guy was really going out of his way to communicate to me how shitty of a time he was having ššĀ

Tonight was killer. I had a lot more fun, felt acclimated to the altitude and spent the whole night down in the first few rows twirling around in circles š. After another short rain delay, the sun came out bright and hot. The band came out breathing fire right out of the gate, and the crowd really felt electric and fully into it. Lisa killed it on Strange Man, really enjoyed hearing Liberty and So Many Roads, itās been a while since Iāve seen either song played. Skip started off on oxygen in Tom Thumbās, love his substitutions in there and this one was great.
ĀThe crowd was really into the āspent a little time on the mountainā line. Alligator was a lot of fun, and Mountain Jam was a nice treat. Was, of course, as always, hoping for the Dew, and it felt like its arrival was being foreshadowed throughout the second set with some of the 80s pre Dew songs. Gimme Some Lovin, Wheel and Watchtower had me feeling like maybe it could be coming and it was a surprise to get it out of GDTRFB. The Morning Dew was perfect with Jeff nailing the vocals with emotion. Skip was also killing it all night and was laying out the big bombs during Dew. Really enjoyed being down in front and watching the band when I was able keep the front of my body aimed at the stage, resting up tonight and hoping to drive to Yellowstone early tomorrow morning, that was funš

Well, what a great start to three nights at this amazing venue. We got in over here on Thursday, have been driving around this beautiful area, itās really cool here. Rode the gondola to the top of the mountain, where there are a couple buildings under construction. Passed by few food trucks and a beer tent, to the concert area, a small flat area followed by a short, steep incline up to another flat area at the top. Started down at the bottom and spent most of the time up top enjoying the view of the stage, with the staggering expanse of Grand Teton National Park providing the backdrop.Ā
ĀStart time was scheduled for 6pm, had a rain delay of maybe 30-45 minutes, but the storm passed quickly and the sun came out and warmed everything back up. Love the early start outdoor shows, sun was setting early in the second set. I had a good time and the band sounded excellent but I had a hard time getting my legs, usually seem to run into that on the first night of a run, where it could be any number of factors, but I think the elevation was giving me trouble so I took it easy most of the night. Gonna go hit em again tonight with renewed vigor, probably gonna go poke around here again today and see what we can see. Thanks DSO for playing here, been wanting to visit here for a while and this was the perfect time š

Well, what an amazing weekend and this night was my favorite of the three. Iām gonna agree with Rudeās assessment here and go with all the superlatives. High energy first set and the band came back and topped it with their best set of the weekend. Easy Wind was indeed killer with many friends ripping it up on the dance floor. The Other One began softly with Eaton beginning the first verse out of a quiet part without the usual walloping bass kickoff. The jam ensued, finishing once again softly, followed by an enormously high energy, walloping intro into the next verse, which maintained the energy until coming in for a smooth landing into a sweet Stella Blue. Walrus kicked ass, it was cool to catch the first one (not the first! Consulted starbase and it was played 3 other times in 2007, two Terrapin Nation shows along with a soundcheck)š

July 7, 8 and 9, DSO playing in Jackson Hole on top of a ski mountain with access by gondola. Got lodging booked, always wanted to visit this area, tough to beat a three night run anywhere, I think this is gonna be epic, thanks DSO for bringing us to another awesome corner of the world š

I donāt know if this qualifies as trivia, but in my head, I always sing the main intro chord lick that Jerry plays as āFi-re on the Mountain is my fav-o-rite songā. Also have a similar line for the beginning of the solo to Ramble on Rose that I canāt keep out of my head (my favorite motherfing song in the world, is a number called ramble on roseā¦)š

A fun night in a very packed house with a capacity of 500. Struggled to find space to dance in the first set, decided if I wasnāt gonna have space, I might as well be up front for the second set. Enjoyed the rest of the show watching the band from up close, a real treat and the show was killer, great sound in that little place, love hearing the early style songs and instruments š
