You drop the celebrity comment at the end with no more detail?
did the audience react to them
did they engage or stay aloof
were they together or separate
did they stay the whole show
did their presence change the dynamics of the show

The stage was raised from the floor a good height , and the dummers were placed behind the bands drum set, from the floor I could only see 1/2 of a drummer. Even that limited view was a good performances.
Getting ready for tonight show as well

I forgot about the drummers .
Enjoyed the energy.
*Tampa Taiko Japanese style drummers (Ron Collins director) joined for "drums".

Dead On Live @ Keswick Theater Glenside PA last night. DSO size venue 2k they had a good size crowd maybe 1200 ? They were just ok
The song and lead transitions were clunky and they lacked a cohesiveness you’d expect for 35$ I might see them at a smaller place for a 10$ cover
the female vocal seemed out of place in the band as she would ackwardly look for direction to stay on stage or leave. It really made me appreciate the high level craftsmanship and artistry DSO consistently provides.

That show was incredible from start to finish (period)
i’m already out of adjectives . I wish everyone on this board had been there so I could get a collective agreement .
Just so right. From the venue to the people.
Praise DSO

I was only 6 when Nanna died while making potatoes in a tiny 1940’s brick two bedroom apartment where she’d raised a Nun, a Criminal, and 2
Teachers. At 16, her and gramps left Ireland’s famine to start their lives here.
Pretty boring stuff.
From now on, if anyone asks me about Nanna, I’m gonna tell them the Quilt story. Sorry I just can’t help myself Bro It’s mine now
I came up with the idea listening to the Seattle show in the car while waiting for this rain and cigar to end. (Great recording , thanks John)

I can see lisa nailing that harmony .
how was it? Sweet bluesy? She just seems to float in sometimes to let the song flow

DED4EVR

2 hours ago, Sticks said:
... We thought we came a long way but we saw people with Vermont plates so they were rolling in from all over.
I met a women who said she drove from VT, only 5 hours . I thought it would have been further. She was a friend of the band and she dug every note they played ! She’d been to 3 Jam in the Sands and raved over the sand, sun, water and dance.
