  1. I'm in agreement with most others on here. I don't dislike them and I had a good time at the shows I went to. But I only saw them 3 times: the zoo show referenced by AC that was oversold, at Cincinnati Music Hall where the fire alarms were going off a couple songs in and they emptied the place,  then allowed everyone back in and at the Nutter center in Dayton around 94or5. Haven't seen them since.

Classic Game!  More scoring than I thought.  KC had the answer in the 2nd half - really, really tough late penalty call on Philly for the situation.  Hurts played like an MVP despite the unforced fumble in the 1st half.

Happy for a good game - Happy for Mahomes - bummed for such a pivotal call against the Eagles.

That ref would face a battery Chuck squad if he ever finds his way back to Philly

PI on Philly reminiscent if the PI against my Bengals late in the game last year leading to the Rams go ahead score.  I feel for Philly fans

    Amen to that.

I was racking my brain to see if there was a show-opening 2-song combination that had a longer running tenure than Bertha > Greatest Story.  I'm thinking next longest would be Help > Slip which would might be 75-95 despite the 85-89 hiatus.  Deadbase anyone ?

    How about Promised land>Sugaree?

  4. I have taken a couple days to cool down and it hasn't helped much except to realize it's not going to change. The NFL needs to get their officiating problems fixed asap or they're going to have big problems. You can't jump into bed with sports betting and then have this much controversy in your biggest games. Bengals v Chiefs had 55 million viewers and there is more talk nationally about the officiating than the game. I think Mahommes played an incredible game and was able to be much more mobile and effective than I thought he would be and I very much look forward to our match up at Arrowhead next year and future playoff matchups. I hope we are at home next time and the calls go our way. An observation on the payoffs playoffs in general,  it is clear at least this year that it is an incredible advantage to have the 1 seed.  KC played a 9-8 team at home to get to the AFC Championship game and the Eagles played a 9-7-1 team and then a team without a QB in the championship game. Very difficult to tell just how good Philly is. I'll wait for more injury info on the Chiefs before making a pick.

PS: Yes our Mayor was an idiot making those comments,  everyone here cringed at the time

  5. First show was ACDC in 83, I was 14. Show started with a spotlight on Angus jamming on top of a 10' high stack. He jumped off and hit the stage duck walking without missing a beat,  I've been hooked on going to live shows since.

This year the NFC is much stronger. The eagles and 49ers can both pound the ball and both have elite defenses. My cowboys have a shot if they can block the 4 man rush of the 49ers but that’s a big if like last season where they allowed a whopping 24 QB pressures vs the 49ers.

Are you suggesting the NFC is stronger this year? All the best QB's are in the AFC

Even tho he was just playin spoiler, Dan Campbell and his lions have a gigantic set

I think the Lions are the favorite to win that division next year and that is certainly one of the best South Park episodes. Who does everyone have in the first round of the playoffs? Here's mine

    NFC

    49er's

    Giants

    Cowboys

    AFC

    Bills

    Bengals

    Chargers
