I'm not allowed to die without seeing one. its kind of a rule I have. have only missed watching a handle of triple crown races since I was little but the yearly disappointment is getting annoying.. I was only 18 but was old enough to realize that watching him was seeing poetry in motion. Then to see two more made it seem as if it could become almost commonplace. They are not bred to handle 3 races in 5 weeks, and many are bred for a specific distance > not a mile AND a mile and a quarter. Maybe there is an 'All Time' comin down the pike as we speak....
