What a great weekend and I enjoyed seeing all my friends so much at times I was at a complete loss of words. I’ll be back in 2021. By night 3 I’d loosened my load and it was a beautiful day. The feel of this first set was cruising on a Sunday drive in a three on a tree classic Ford truck with 4 people packed in on the bench seat. Of course we were rocking. During Let It Grow the sky opened as the sky turned purple pink with the setting sun. The crowd got super happy to hear Pocky Way and good dancing. All the dancers stayed and we threw down on the dance floor and ended up cooled off by nature. I love some watchtower! Black Peter was amazing and delicately delivered. What a night! The encores about sum it up. Grate show! Grate band! Grate crew! Grate People all around!!

That was our second thought - that show was indeed super amazingly special!! Fire spinning was obtrusive for its disruption, the fumes and taking over our dance space! Scattered like lost words....:-(( and the cigarettes- I went out and danced super hard and came back in to a wall of smoke that literally stole my breath. The VIP tent needs to be moved back about at least 10 yards. The shower situation sucked so bad we are buying a rooftop shower and going to GA in two years. I will miss the lighted bathroom though.... I waited patiently and had a lovely time chatting. The guy cleaned one shower building and finally after 45-1hour was sitting talking to Captain. I walked over after being Told that the showers would be ready soon many times that it would be 10 more minutes. I just told them to fuck that I wasn’t waiting anymore and ended up using the spray hose in GA to rinse off after Dino and Progfusionals.

At least Brother Esau is danceable. Queen Jane not so much.....listless, drones on and on the same vein; she obviously is a drag- have you listen to the lyrics? Makes me feel like I'm eating melted soft serve ice cream. Maybe it was too many of them and I reached my fill. Give me an Easy Answers instead. lol

Looks like it showcases everuone in the band’s talents! I’m sure it showcases the crowd’s talents too 😉

Oh - you all just got pumped up with ☀️!! Smorgasbord of warmth and goodness radiating all around. Dang- I like that. I want to swim in those waters. Yesterday was such a grate day! I went to the local record store, BJ Music. With purchase, you get a free bumper sticker, “I love BJ’s”. I found and got for free(!) the Jefferson Airplane album “Volunteers” along with my purchase of first Allman Bros Album live, Alice’s Restaurant and a Duane Allman; Thirteenth Elevators re- release came too! I love album art! Check it- i guess it it was an old skool kind of day. 😉

A fresh delight to my eyes! I heard a clip of Slipknot ; it was hot!

Maybe they’ll acoustic set the first for the Sunday show. It sure would be nice to see. The Carmel show is exquisite a listen.

Oooo - I bet Sunrise -> Let It Grow was pretty. I’d like a chance to dance that combo out.

I can’t imagine a transition from Unbroken Chain to Why Don’t We Do it in the Road. That would be quite the change of pace in song and sentiment.

I dreamed I was escaping from an AirBNB across a field with little snapping alligators. So the alligators of my dream transformed in life into roses that bloomed along the way as the weekend unfolded. Maybe that is how I somehow survived on 3 hours sleep yesterday.🌹🌹🌹 It must’ve been the roses... nice one. 💎

It was good to see you! Safe travels. Yes..... they’ll be puttin on at the Ritz. Sorry to disappear in warp speed. The wormhole shut down tight as drums receded and we trucked on up to the back corner for a dance party.
