Last night’s JRAD show at the Anthem in total was my favorite of the 8 shows I’ve seen of theirs. BYW Cream Puff War is the perfect DC song capturing the insanity of what governmental issues seem to center upon. . don’t get me wrong —— I had fun——- but not as much fun as with my dancing DSO peeps! You all know how to get down and have some dance party fun. 💕

Friday night JRAD Terrapin Suite was just lovely! I had the whole top tier in front of the bar to dance from 40 ft one end to the other without a sacrifice of sound as it turn downwards and back from the vaulted ceiling. Glad you had a good show. The crowd can be a little rough though. Glad for the crowd last night at the Anthem. It was packed but just a lovely space.

Rob B met Hunter I believe as he was walking past his dressing room. Lucky devil. Dark Star DS Alligator. Hell yeah!

Tea is a a mongoose. Think Riki- tiki- tavi. Something about Island Bro the first time we danced reminded me of a wolf Rude has to be a rabbit. The way he hops.... . Mango - I like the presence of the hummingbird or dragonfly for you but you don’t flit around.... More low key than that... in the best of ways. What comes to me is a cat. Like the jazzy cats Tom hung around with of Tom and Jerry. Tati IS a butterfly. She has the wings too! I might just be a wren though....

I think the nights music and energy punched a hole in the sky! White Rabbit ended. I felt one drop, second and then third. Then the heavens opened up. Washed clean. Incredible. Felt like the first time at Red Rocks. Yay DSO!!! Love you all. My feet are still swollen from dancing. 😄

Thank you for a wonderful evening! It has been so good to be back at the Boulder theater and in this town. Beautiful people Beautiful hearts Beautiful music. The band played their hearts out and really everything was remarkable. I did feel like we were about to go to church out of space as the music changed tone markedly. It must’ve been for that Morning Dew! ...... Drop. Dead. Gorgeous like all your lovely souls. When someone looks at you at you and says that set was written for me, and you feel the same way- it’s a winner.

Eventbrite app allows you to download to Apple wallet. Although it says three day pass- I have three tickets - one showing pass and other two for individual nights at Boulder. Hard tx for backup... see above note on ticket stress.

Boulder Theater tx are easily accessible at Eventbrite app. Initially, after installing AXS app, it only showed one ticket. Now it has two. Tickets always stress me out! “Which ticket outlet?” Is it at will call? Where are my tickets. Yikes..... checking pocket on way to show. see you groovy people soon! 💗🌺☀️

There was a teenage German shepherd stationed by the bridge. He seemed to be very green at his “job” and all over the place mentally. We thought maybe he was in training. I didn’t see the K-9 present the second night. I saw a guy teeter over up front and security just got him water and helped him out of there. Drunk. But there was a sweet couple with lady crying and the man clearly having a rough go of it and hard time holding it together. They were escorted out. Yet at Los Muertos con Queso a guy took a sand nap like 30 feet from the stage. He had a pulse so no one really did much of anything 😂 but danced around him.

It was a Row Jimmy all the way to Black Mountain leading up to this day, even the day of there was a medical emergency that had potential to tear this old building down. Prior to that- NOLA had left a big mark on our household,; I’m thinking I should’ve drank more alcohol than water 🤣 (Sazerac here and there vs finishing off the evening at the Abbey) ( I drank a lot of tap) because they treat their water so differently. We felt bad for days. oh the Black Peter slide guitar was divine! And the Terrapin/ Playing was a joy ride! This is the day I happened upon Kelly and she had willed me front. We were going to leave to our crowd but damn! The sound was soooooo good during Cats, I couldn’t miss the great Great Society song! Gonna feed my head with beautiful thoughts.... 💗.... of all the smiling faces.

Oh I forgot to add- The jazz piano leading into Drums was fantastic!!! Kudos to Rob- Don Pullen influences came through ! 😄
