I can get to Amherst just need to figure out how to get from the station to the theater.. or arena what ever this is.. edit: Ended up getting tickets for the 19th with my dad! So psyched... What were the Grateful Dead's feelings show wise on Massachusetts? Every show i've heard from Boston has fuckin ass, especially in the 72-76 range in my experience although I'm sure they brought it throughout their whole career in MA. I guess I'm a bit nieve about today's price for these things. I would be willing to directly give John that amount cause he would probly split it equally among the band and crew but I can't see supporting the scalpers at that rate. It was nice to pass the sweet spot on to a friend from past shows! I had a great night with an old friend @ our first post Jerry show together & he wasn't into the full court press on the rail, so we hung out a little furthur back.Just a grate night with friends(some new some old)! I'm only going to the Fairfax show now Anywho, it's Section ZA Row 3 Seat 11 which is DEAD center and just 3 rows up above the GA floor. Asking $60 (paid a tad more than that thru mail order). Let me know, ask me any questions, etc. Looking forward to seeing our boy play with the old boys hehehe Shad. EDIT: TICKET IS GONE!
