I guess after looking at Day's putt he thought he had a decent shot. no gimme there especially on those greens but still... 18 hole playoff would've been cool but I'm all in on spieth. he really should've closed the door on 17 but that three putt killed him after his horrible shot off the tee. nice rebound from the young man. It looked to me that he barely got the ball started and it just kept going. You knew he was in trouble when he had 3+ feet coming back. Can someone from the Northwest tell me if that course was indicative of the way courses look in that part of the country?
