  7. Twice now, I have camped out west in Oregon, checking our gear in three duffel bags. Easy peasy, except shlepping it to the car. Bring it on! PS I think the rumors about Horning’s Hideout are true.
  8. The filler makes me think of “ Moonlight Mile”
  9. How would you like a life of luxury and deceit? Bring pitchers of beer every 7 minutes until someone passes out. Then bring them every 10. If that dress had pockets, you'd look like a pool table.
  10. Any other recordings ? JM&F? MKB? Billy Strings?
  11. In the hilltop, easy up tabernacle
  12. How about the port-a john servicing right before DSO set Sat night? Having just read about the issues in Paris around early 1800s that inspired the catacombs, I couldn’t but think of the bacteria from decomposing bodies on the air preventing people in the surrounding areas from keeping bread from going bad. I turned the other way but wished I had had a bullhorn to tell those people stage front to leave too and get out of the aerosol of human excrement.
  13. What a great weekend and I enjoyed seeing all my friends so much at times I was at a complete loss of words. I’ll be back in 2021. By night 3 I’d loosened my load and it was a beautiful day. The feel of this first set was cruising on a Sunday drive in a three on a tree classic Ford truck with 4 people packed in on the bench seat. Of course we were rocking. During Let It Grow the sky opened as the sky turned purple pink with the setting sun. The crowd got super happy to hear Pocky Way and good dancing. All the dancers stayed and we threw down on the dance floor and ended up cooled off by nature. I love some watchtower! Black Peter was amazing and delicately delivered. What a night! The encores about sum it up. Grate show! Grate band! Grate crew! Grate People all around!!
  14. That was our second thought - that show was indeed super amazingly special!! Fire spinning was obtrusive for its disruption, the fumes and taking over our dance space! Scattered like lost words....:-(( and the cigarettes- I went out and danced super hard and came back in to a wall of smoke that literally stole my breath. The VIP tent needs to be moved back about at least 10 yards. The shower situation sucked so bad we are buying a rooftop shower and going to GA in two years. I will miss the lighted bathroom though.... I waited patiently and had a lovely time chatting. The guy cleaned one shower building and finally after 45-1hour was sitting talking to Captain. I walked over after being Told that the showers would be ready soon many times that it would be 10 more minutes. I just told them to fuck that I wasn’t waiting anymore and ended up using the spray hose in GA to rinse off after Dino and Progfusionals.
  15. The case at hand? The case of the stolen faces
  16. 4/19/78 e Mr Charlie Powerstation holds court . The melodies were delicately and hauntingly beautiful. Like a cool river stream. He’s gone... round and round.... the Woo’s and the Ah’s. I think they iced the amps down after Billy Strings. :-))
  17. Just like a meat and three; got our greens- mustard, dandelion, Swiss chard. Sticks to the rib cage. Meat falls off the bone For some off reason, I couldn’t help but think about atomic 🐶 - maybe it was the NASA shirt taking us to outer space.

  19. It is really just Queen Jane- is that suppose to be Joan Baez?
  20. Oh Dylan got his point across. The lyrics are brilliant. The song just ain’t my thing , Cest La Vie
  21. At least Brother Esau is danceable. Queen Jane not so much.....listless, drones on and on the same vein; she obviously is a drag- have you listen to the lyrics? Makes me feel like I'm eating melted soft serve ice cream. Maybe it was too many of them and I reached my fill. Give me an Easy Answers instead. lol
