  1. Beautifully said, Barry. It’s been too long.

  3. 1. Aaron would be absolutely correct. I would add that maybe we should learn Mandarin too. 2. Dancing for fallen brothers is sometimes the best, or even the only, therapy to add color back to vision. This has me thinking of another one we lost along the way. 😢

  6. I only met him in person a few times, and we had a great visit at one Jubilee. But we texted a lot over the past almost 10 years. I respected everything about him. He was always so funny, so smart, and even when we disagreed he was always so on point with his observations. We shared quite a bit over time. I don’t have anything to add. You guys’ words say it best. He was and always will be a Starhead.
  7. Heartbreaking
  8. Here’s my reaction to all y’all: ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
  9. Crestfallen any time I miss a William Tell. I loved helping to water the children of the garden. I’m so glad you all made it! ❤️❤️
  10. Even some of us that couldn’t make it are having problems reacting to the content. It is a problem. 🙁
  11. Love and miss you, Doc. Broke down here, too. 🙁
  12. I remember that jam very well; I was in an extremely receptive frame of mind. They did psychedelic jam grass like no others. Those were really special days there.
  13. This is wonderful to see ❤️ Without love it is so easy to fall. Rick, this is such a testament to its magic. I am happy beyond words for you and Whitney. Safe travels through life hand in hand!

  16. Twenty years gone by.
  17. I remember those gnats right well! Happiest times of my life. I owe it all to you folks here. I love you more than words can tell. ❤️
  18. ❤️❤️ Unfortunately circumstances dictate that I can’t be there. Unpleasant circumstances. But I still have my memories! Cornmeal was the “other band I traveled for,” and her time with Yonder was fantastic. She is a true phenom.
  19. That was uncanny. There are times in the movie when if you didn’t know it was a portrayal you’d swear it was Jim. Gary Busey as Buddy Holly is a close second. And who will be our huckleberry now? 🙁🙁
  20. I still have a problem reacting to the content, so let me add here a huge “like” ❤️
  21. Since there is a problem with me reacting to this content, I will manually add my “like.”

They are young musicians. I can think of many terms to describe Dew but “dirge” is not one of them. God help you if you asked about Desolation Row.
  23. Frank, good to see you here! It has been too long! Your words always ring true. Doc, bless you. My travel is likely over for good also, and I am thinking in my heart of you and another fellow voyager. At least we got while the getting was good! Rick, it took true grit to post a mea culpa of such depth. There is a lot to say, and I think you aren’t the only one to commit a faux pas or two. For now I will just observe that sometimes the trouble with L is its other face.
  24. I wish you better luck than we had getting them to play Eye of the Tiger at the Ledges.
