  3. And!!! Promised Land ended 2nd set. Fun times! This one required me to dig kind of deep. Literally an 11:30 - 3:30 show for me after traveling. But I’m a sucker for good dancin and Colorado. “Doctor called me crazy, some say I am, some say I ain’t. “ No Melvin Seals. He wasn’t able to make it and they dedicated Moonlight Moonlight to him. Nathan a drummer from Midnight North filled in for Jay Lane, on call for DeadCo, What a difference a couple of months make in seeing live shows and restrictions. How far we’ve come because of the vaccine. From a 250 people maybe in April to 700? Grateful.

  4. I hope everyone who’s never been there got to go. That place is a GD museum. Floor to ceiling posters and memorabilia, literally. Every inch of that place has dead posters and art and it’s mostly all for sale if the offer is right. A well timed kitchen fire at Beonkey’s that didn’t damage any art helped set this place up

  6. That's a beautiful set list. Love the sandwich for both sets. BS--->Other---->BS------that's a tough transition. My guess.....no one stopped playing for at least 20-30mins. DSO can do what ever they want with this music. Its pliable like play dough-----no limits with more ability to shake the boundaries beyond the originators. Like technology and Moore's law----DSO moves the music to places its never been----absolute beautiful.

Today brings this performance in the middle Fall 77 tour. The boys are really dialed in on this night, killer versions and energy throughout, an deserted island show for sure. The entire show has revealed itself at BDPs, (post Drums BDP3, pre drums BDP8, first set BDP15). Is Dave's Picks 33. Gold, Jerry, Gold. It was 44 years ago today. Enjoy the Revue in Denver this evening. Praise DSO.
