  1. I did NYE with Hyryder @ the mousetrap in Indy. Good stuff. All plans fell through but I had to find some live music to go see. More and more shows are going 21+ NYE and I usually take the boys. Sam is in Israel over the new year and I took luke to Indy and he streamed the Billy Strings show at the hotel while I went to the mousetrap. 😆😂 H/S/F easy wind World to give Mobile Mamu Cassidy After Midnight round and round set 2 Viola Miracle Wang Dang Sailor/Saint fantasy blow away music set3 Terrapin (extra parts but don’t think it was whole suite) Scarlet H2H lovelight not fade away Drummy Jam Dew E. Weight Cool little bar show. Mousetrap definitely caters to our kind.

Strange man 🥰 man that’s a good one for sure
  3. https://share.icloud.com/photos/0w9sa1sbTeJ5w99IlzNqUQlLA i hope this works. I’m a moron when it comes to technology. Del and Dawg in the cave
  4. I’d love to do Colorado run again. I’d like to make a week out of it and bring the boys and camp our way cross country. See some stuff. We’ve always wanted to see Rushmore and Crazy Horse. But for this imaginary trip to happen the dates would have to be before school starts for either. And the youngest starts end of July. So this is more likely a pipe dream for later
  5. They have RV passes and a special area and those spots probably will sell out prior to May
  6. Not much by way of advice. However you plan on doing it, it should be awesome. If you are doing GA you have the choice between camping near your car and having to walk to the venue, or parking and taking your gear right down to the concert bowl then you can just set up camp for 3 days and enjoy all the music. Others can testify to VIP tickets perks but I’ve Attended each jubilee and always do GA down in the bowl.
  7. As well you should. I wish I was able to take the boys to shows back when they were small. Unfortunately I had to get rid of their mother in order to do so 😆😂
  8. Just bought the boys tix for Christmas so we will see you underground
  9. They have since moved to a larger cave where they can Fit more people and have shows all year long. I saw Del and Dawg and the Rumpke Mountain Boys at the old location but have not seen or visited the new one. That should change April 11th.
  10. My only “leave early” story was ‘98. I bought Allman Bros tickets for a show 16 days after the due date for my oldest. Told the boys mom there was a “hard deadline” on this kid being born. 😂😆😂 So he was two weeks old and I convinced my parents to come to Deercreek in the Winnebago so that they could watch him in the campground and we’d only be away for a couple hours vs a whole night. Should have worked out perfectly but my ex, who gave zero shits about seeing the Allmans was miserable. Her boobs leaked the entire show and she was sitting there in a soaked sweater while I was 2 feet away having the time of my life. So I gave in and we missed a few songs at the end. Who says chivalry is dead? 😆😂😆 Only show I ever left
  11. Holy crap. Looks like DSO Is playing the caverns in Tennessee in April. I haven’t been to the new cave. Should be a blast. Wonder if it will be an acoustic show
  12. Hope Lee is ok. Did they give a reason for the absence?
  13. Show me some kids playin/singing Jerry and I’ll 😢 every time. Love it
  14. I’ve been trying my ass off to run down tix for the Detroit 27-28 shows for my youngest for Christmas. It has proved to be more challenging than I thought unless you are willing to drop a small fortune which I am currently unable to do so. 😂😆😆
  15. Caught the tour closer in Covington KY last Saturday. Got there 45 minutes early and they were lined around the block for a sold out show. Made it inside the Madison by 8:05 and our choices were to literally squeeze in between a million people on the floor or head to the balcony where it was 95 degrees. So we made some space in th e balcony and started shedding layers of clothes. Lol. Show was killer. This kid and his band are on fire. Being in the bluegrass state the covers were more old timey and encore was super old timey where they all 4 played and sung around a “can”mic
  16. Saw Del McCoury Friday and Kris Kristopherson last night. Good shows. Laid back. A couple of 80+ year olds still out there truckin

I tuned in for the 2nd set and so glad I did. A wild ride for sure. .
  18. Green with envy. Great looking show
  19. Had a delightful experience the other day. Figured those here would appreciate it. Bought a concert ticket for Del McCoury at the Buskirk Chumley where DSO played an acoustic show a few years back. Best part was when it was all said and done a $55 ticket cost..........$55!!! It was so refreshing. Wish more places could/would do this.
  20. I was curious if that was a “named jam” before the drums. I’m pretty awful at picking those out and determining one from another. Aside from Spanish jam.
  21. Man that 2nd set put a smile on my face that even having to work today hasn’t been able to wipe away. And that’s really saying something. Can’t wait to see what they have planned for us in Indy. Side note: Every year DSO plays Louisville I (falsely) predict a 4/9/89 recreation. The Louie Louie show. But it seems it’s always original or early 70’s or old school 69er. I’m wondering if the stage is too small for the later year’s drum set up. Either way I’ll likely keep predicting that Louie Louie 😂😆😂
  22. Not sure I have ever been part of a more enthusiastic crowd in my life. Thought the roof was gonna come off during rider. Whole 2nd set was butter. Last two nights have been tremendous. I am a BIG fan of this whole area out here. Can’t wait to see red rocks
